Private Training

One-on-one, exercise sessions to keep you motivated and achieving your health and fitness goals! Our Private Training packages can be tailored to suit your needs with 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions available. You choose how many sessions you want to do per week. 

Your first visit will be a 60 minute initial health consultation where you will;

  • Get to know your exercise physiologist
  • Complete pre exercise screening and your medical history
  • Complete relevant fitness and health assessments
  • Set goals
  • Make a commitment to improve your health and outcomes

Small Group Training 

Our Small Group Training classes are a fun, effective way to improve your health and fitness. Numbers are limited in each class to ensure that you get individual attention from your exercise physiologist as required.

  • CIRCUIT (30 min): Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. 
  • HIIT (30 min): High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
