We use Physitrack to prescribe your exercises. This program has a great messaging facility for those times when your have a burning question, but you’re not at the gym with your trainer! You can send us a message any time.

You have great access to gym facilities 

Discounted membership rates at Genesis Fitness Maidstone to use outside your consultation times. Complimentary gym access during consultations and group sessions.

Your appointment will fit around your availability

We are open from 7am-7pm Tuesday to Friday, so you can prioritise your health without compromising other commitments.
